Tai Chi classes for older
people take place at the United Reformed Church Hall in
Grove Street in Bath. The gentle and relaxed pace of the
sessions could make those classes also very suitable for
some people with ME.
The first class is 10-11am or you can come along to the
later sessions 11.30-12.30 or 2-3 p.m.
The class costs £1. If you are over 55 and keen
to improve your body awareness, balance and general fitness
then Tai Chi could be the answer for you.
